Qingzhou, Shandong, August 2026 — Construction of SOVOL Heavy Industry’s new six-story office building is progressing smoothly at the company’s manufacturing base in Caterpillar Industrial Park, Qingzhou, China. The project is approaching the structural completion stage and is scheduled to be completed, renovated and put into use by the end of 2026.
The new office building is part of SOVOL’s headquarters development project supporting its annual production base for up to 10,000 compact wheel loaders.
With a total investment of more than RMB 10 million, including construction and interior fit-out, the new facility will provide expanded office and working areas for SOVOL’s R&D, production coordination, sales and after-sales service teams.
Expanding Capacity to Support Global Customers
As SOVOL continues developing its overseas business, the company requires more space for technical support, sales coordination and customer service.
The new office building will provide additional capacity for employees involved in:
l Product research and development
l Production and order coordination
l International sales
l After-sales service
l Dealer and customer support
By bringing more teams together in a larger and more organized working environment, SOVOL aims to improve communication efficiency and provide faster support for both domestic and international customers.

Moving Toward Completion in 2026
Construction is currently progressing according to schedule, with the main building nearing completion. Interior decoration and supporting facilities will follow, with occupancy planned before the end of 2026.
